B2W Group rebrands as Leep Group to power up potential for employers and learners
New name. Same impact. Bigger ambition.
Stockport, UK, 3rd February 2026 – The B2W Group has rebranded as Leep Group, uniting all training and employability services under a single, modern identity. The new brand makes it easier for commissioners, employers and learners to understand the offer, and it creates clearer pathways from skills development to real job outcomes.
Brand architecture and former names
Leep Group brings together three specialist brands, each with a clear focus:
Leadership and continuity
Leep Group continues to be led by the same experienced leadership team, including Group CEO Luke Muscat, and remains backed by private equity partner Palatine. Delivery teams, quality standards, safeguarding, and existing contracts are unchanged.
“After 15 years of hard service, we're finally retiring the B2W Group brand. We’re immensely proud of our history as a pre-employment training provider, but we have evolved to be so much more and wanted a fresh new brand that represented the future. Our mission hasn’t changed. We remain dedicated to supporting employers, upskilling people and driving economic growth both locally and nationally. What has changed is the way we tell our story: with a new name, look, and voice that match the energy and impact of the work we do.”
Luke Muscat, CEO of Leep Group
Web presence
Leep Group has refreshed its Group and Back to Work websites. The sites now sit across two domains to make it easier for learners and employers to navigate, understand progression routes and find the right course or hiring solution.
Scale and quality to date
Looking ahead
The rebrand is about clarity, ambition and impact. As Leep Group, the organisation is building on a strong foundation to expand opportunity, deepen partnerships and continue delivering high-quality skills and employability solutions that make a real difference. The team looks forward to powering up potential for learners, employers and communities across the UK.
