Our Level 3 Networking & Cybersecurity course is designed to help learners develop and extend their digital and IT skills to prepare for different roles in network support and digital design.
As part of the course, learners complete an Ethical Hacking & Project Management unit, along with units in network management, threats and vulnerabilities that relate directly to the skills, knowledge and behaviours expected by employers.
One learner who recently completed the programme is Enivie from Liverpool, who took the time to leave us her feedback about her experience on the course.
Enivie joined our online Networking & Cybersecurity course with her eyes firmly set on securing a new career working in this field, with a remote role identified as her end-goal before joining. She explained that she first discovered the course online and opted to do some initial research into the course via third-party review platforms, which ultimately led her to signing up.
"I chose this course delivered by B2W because the reviews before enrolment were sterling. On the course itself, the support from the tutors and other members of the team was excellent, and the help after course completion is something I also appreciated."
Enivie also explained what she most enjoyed about the course, which involved several practical assignments that introduced her to new technologies that are common when working within networking.
"I enjoyed the practicality of the course, as Cybersecurity applies not just to organisations, but also to individuals. I enjoyed the group sessions and the practical projects on ethical hacking. I also used the Cisco packet tracer extensively to configure networks and execute the numerous projects on several units, as well as the Trello app for project management."
Enivie concluded her feedback by revealing that she’s now much more confident about securing an entry-level role in the industry, and that she would recommend the course to others.
"I would recommend the course to a friend as the support, tutors and other team members are lovely, and I'm now pretty confident in securing a remote role working from home in this sector. My advice for anyone thinking of enrolling on the course would be to stay focused, study, and interact with your tutor and course mates. It's also important to ask questions throughout."
