From digital skills training to a career in Healthcare Customer Service: Kiranmayi's story

We're passionate about helping people develop the skills, confidence, and support they need to secure sustainable employment.

At the same time, we help employers access motivated, job-ready entry-level talent at zero recruitment cost.

One of our latest success stories is Kiranmayi Bhasuru from Hertfordshire, who recently secured a remote Customer Service Agent position with Sensee, after completing our Level 2 Diploma in Digital Skills & IT Skills programme.

Turning Digital Skills into Employment

Following the completion of her training, Kiranmayi successfully secured a customer-focused role where she now works remotely as a Home Agent for Sensee, supporting customers across the UK for a national health insurance provider.

In her new position, she's responsible for:

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and digital channels
  • Providing information about healthcare policies and services
  • Assisting customers with claims and membership enquiries
  • Delivering professional, high-quality customer service
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely
  • Supporting customers with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism

Her new role demonstrates how strong digital, communication, and customer service skills can open doors to rewarding careers across a wide range of sectors.

Career support that builds confidence

Alongside her training, Kiranmayi received one-to-one support from our dedicated Career Support Advice team, helping her prepare for every stage of the recruitment process.

This personalised support included:

  • Professional CV development
  • Interview preparation and coaching
  • Practical job search guidance
  • Advice on presenting her skills and experience effectively
  • Ongoing encouragement and confidence building

Reflecting on her experience, Kiranmayi said:

Supporting learners beyond their training

Our commitment extends far beyond the classroom. We understand that securing employment is only part of the journey, which is why our Career Support Advice team continues to help learners develop the confidence and employability skills needed to succeed in the workplace.

When asked whether she now feels better prepared to remain in employment, Kiranmayi's answer was clear.
