Pre-Employment Training Courses

You’ll gain accredited Level 1 or 2 qualifications on completion of your chosen training course. These are awarded by Gateway, AIM Qualifications & Assessment Group or NCFE, depending on the course you select.

Yes, most of our pre-employment training courses are delivered 100% online via a virtual classroom, so you’ll need access to a PC / Laptop with a stable internet connection to successfully complete the course. Some courses are delivered in a physical classroom, which will be confirmed with you once you apply.

This varies per course, but typically, our pre-employment training courses typically take 2-3 weeks to complete.

These courses are delivered live during weekdays between 9am – 5pm, so you’ll need to be available during these times to successfully complete the course of your choosing.

Yes, just let your Tutor know if you have any appointments etc at the start of your course and we’ll do our best to accommodate this. You may need to catch up with any learning you’ve missed in your spare time.

Most of our pre-employment training courses are designed to the specifications of the employers we work with, with successful candidates invited to interview for roles after completing their training. 

To enrol on one of our pre-employment training courses, you’ll typically need to meet the below criteria: 

• Aged 19+
• UK / EU resident for 3+ years
• Good standard of Maths and English
• Access to a PC / Laptop with stable internet connection
• Valid ID (British birth certificate, passport, etc)
