We work in conjunction with Tees Valley Combined Authority to provide training and employment opportunities, helping local people in the local community build confidence, gain qualifications and achieve their career goals.
The courses we provide are fully funded, at no cost to you, providing you meet the following eligibility criteria.
Aged 24+
UK / EU resident for 3+ years
Unemployed
Have access to a PC / Laptop
Good standard of Maths & English
We have numerous pre-employment training and digital skills courses available for eligible local residents across Tees Valley.
This course introduces you to what a Data Technician role involves and includes an NCFE Level 3 Certificate on completion.
This Level 3 qualification is suitable for those with some prior coding and/or cybersecurity experience, looking to upskill their knowledge and secure employment in this industry for the first time.
This Level 3 CMI course introduces you to the principles of management, with a Level 3 CMI Diploma in Principles of Management & Leadership on completion.
This Level 3 course introduces you to the principles of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is suitable for new entrants, those returning to work or career switchers looking for a new role working in health and social care or education.
This course is ideal for those looking to et up their own online business or gain a role working within social media for an ecommerce business, and includes a Level 3 Certificate on completion.
Our courses are open to adults aged 24+ who meet the eligibility criteria, including good English and Maths skills, communication proficiency, and eligibility to work in the UK. You must also be a local resident in Tees Valley.
Most of our courses are delivered online via virtual classroom sessions on a daily basis. This will include interactive lessons and assessments. You must be available weekdays between 9am - 5pm to enrol on and complete your chosen course.
Learners will receive industry-accredited Level 3 qualifications that are recognised by employers, depending on the course you enrol on.
