Is it right for me?

Our contact centre training courses are perfect for those with little to no experience in the industry, as it’s designed to introduce you to the basic principles of working in a contact centre environment either from home or in an office.

It’s also fully funded, at no cost to you, providing you meet the following eligibility criteria.

  • Aged 19+

  • UK / EU resident for 3+ years

  • Unemployed

  • Have access to a PC / Laptop

  • Good standard of Maths & English

Contact centre course content

When you enrol on one of our contact centre training courses, you’ll complete key units with the support of your expert Tutor to best prepare you for an entry-level role in this industry.

These will typically include units on customer service, digital devices and safety, as well as how to speak with customers and resolve issues on the telephone.
