You'll receive a Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Construction, an industry-recognised qualification that provides the foundational skills and knowledge for entry-level roles working in construction. Some courses also include additional qualifications in Domestic Retrofit, which our enrolment team will confirm once you’ve applied.

To enrol, you need to be:

• Aged 19+
• Unemployed
• Have a good standard of Maths, English, and communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK

No prior experience is required. The course is designed for beginners and introduces core principles, site operations, health and safety practices, use of tools and materials, and safe working procedures.

You will need access to a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection in order to attend the virtual classroom sessions.
