Our Customer Service & Team Leading pre-employment programme is designed to equip you with the essential communication, leadership and customer-facing skills needed to secure a full-time role in customer service or entry-level supervisory positions.

This course combines two industry-recognised Level 2 qualifications, delivered online by expert tutors to help you build confidence, employability and job-ready skills.

This fully funded programme is perfect if you’re aiming to begin a career in customer service, call handling, administration, or junior team leading roles. It’s suitable for complete beginners and anyone looking to update their skills before returning to work.

  • UK / EU resident for 3+ years

  • Have access to a PC / Laptop

  • Good standard of Maths & English

Customer Service skills you’ll gain
