The Working Well: Support to Succeed programme is designed to help reduce inequality and social isolation in various neighbourhoods across Greater Manchester.

It is a completely voluntary programme of support, with a specific focus on participants aged over 50, who may be experiencing age-related challenges and concerns about returning to work.

Is it right for me?

Working Well: Support to Succeed aims to help those who are economically inactive by providing free wellbeing, confidence and skills support, as well as providing access to opportunities to help them become more active residents, with the confidence and aspirations to achieve their goals.

The programme is fully funded, at no cost to you, providing you meet the eligibility criteria:

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Local resident in Greater Manchester

  • Aged 19+

  • Not currently participating in another DWP-contracted employment support programme

  • Not within one of the DWP intensive work search groups

After joining the Working Well: Support to Succeed programme, you'll receive:
