We work in conjunction with the Greater London Authority and Mayor of London to provide training and employment opportunities, helping local people in the local community build confidence, gain qualifications and achieve their career goals.
The courses we provide are fully funded, at no cost to you, providing you meet the following eligibility criteria.

This course is ideal for those looking to gain an entry-level role in coding or digital, and includes the following qualifications on completion:
Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Coding

This pre-employment training course is suitable for those looking to gain an entry-level role working within a contact centre environment as a Contact Centre Agent or similar.

Our courses are open to adults aged 19+ who meet the eligibility criteria, including good English and Maths skills, communication proficiency, and eligibility to work in the UK. You must also be a local resident in Greater London.
Most of our courses are delivered online via virtual classroom sessions on a daily basis. This will include interactive lessons and assessments. You must be available weekdays between 9am - 5pm to enrol on and complete your chosen course.
Learners will receive industry-accredited Level 1, 2 or 3 qualifications that are recognised by employers, depending on the course you enrol on.
Yes. Learners are assessed through practical assignments, tasks, and projects related to each unit to demonstrate understanding and competence.
