It's designed to help participants learn at their own pace, with support throughout.

Digital Taster Session (2 hours)

The programme starts with a two-hour session to explore current digital skills, identify any barriers faced and understand the support needed.

We'll cover the basics, including using devices, opening applications, following links, making online appointments, online banking awareness, job searching and recognising online scams.

Developing Digital Skills (9 hours)

We'll continue building confidence through practical activities covering four key areas:

  • Using devices and finding information online.
  • Communicating and managing information, including email and files.
  • Completing online transactions, solving basic problems and staying safe.
  • Developing digital skills for work and everyday life, including CV creation, job searching and Microsoft 365.
