Our Hospitality & Catering pre-employment training programmes are designed to equip you with the essential communication and customer-facing skills needed to secure a full-time role working in hospitality or catering.

This course combines two industry-recognised Level 2 qualifications, delivered online by expert tutors to help you build confidence, employability and job-ready skills.

This fully funded programme is ideal if you’re aiming to begin a career in catering or hospitality. It’s suitable for complete beginners and anyone looking to update their skills before returning to work.

  • Unemployed

  • Have access to a PC / Laptop

  • Good standard of Maths & English

Key skills you’ll gain

By completing this course, you’ll develop strong customer-facing skills that employers actively look for, while building your confidence in real work scenarios.
